The International Symposium on Computer Vision & Pattern Recognition (CVPR 2017) is pleased to invite you to respond to our Call for Submissions for SmartTechCon2017, to be held from 17 - 19 August 2017 at the REVA University, Bangalore, India.

Humans perceive and comprehend the surrounding world through their vision, whereas computer vision systems perceive and understand the surrounding environment by processing the information captured in an image. Image understanding and computer vision problems instigate sequence of operations such as image capture, early processing, segmentation, image representation, recognition, modelfitting, motion prediction, qualitative/quantitative conclusion. The development of computer vision systems use methods of mathematics, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence (AI), soft computing, machine learning and other scientific disciplines. Image understanding by a machine can be seen as an attempt to findthe information about relation between objects and their interaction. The Pattern Recognition (PR) is the scientific approach of machine learning that focuses on learning data (patterns) and classifying them into a number of categoriesclasses. In this symposium we invite the papers in the following topics.

Submission Guidelines

Submit your paper in IEEE format. Submitted work should be original and application oriented. Acceptance will be based on reviewer's comments that will address the strong and weak aspects with suggestions to improve the work.
